HAPPY NEW YEAR! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! I AM SO EXCITED AND GRATEFUL TO START OFF THE YEAR WITH YOU ALL, I HOPE YOU ALL HAD A VERY GREAT HOLIDAY SEASON. At our last Richland Focus worship night I got to share about what it means that Jesus came to us as a defenseless, helpless child (as opposed to a strong capable man that didn't have any needs). We also spent some time worshipping and reflecting on Jesus, which is always needed. Our Christmas party was a great time! The students were excited to share & celebrate what God has done all semester long. I am so encouraged by this group of young adults that have been showing up consistently all semester. I'm excited for what spring 2022 holds for us. Over the break I got to spend a lot more quality time with family and friends, which was really restful and needed. I traveled to Wisconsin for Christmas (where my family mostly is) and got to see my grandparents and a Packer game in Lambeau Field which was really fun! I hope yo

Hey there! I hope you've had a great month!       Here's a look into what I've been up to and all the exciting things going on in our Focus community at Richland.      But before that I just want to say  thank you so much  for investing in the lives of college students and partnering with me in ministry this year! You are such a blessing to me as I literally couldn't be on campus without you backing me. I'm very grateful for you and for your investment into our little community. Thank you! Also, as of this week, School is officially out until Spring semester! For the next few weeks I'll be able to fill my time with more casual hangouts with students, sending Christmas cards, and taking some vacation time.       Here's what I've been up to!          This was taken at one of our weekly campus connect times where we hosted volleyball on campus (everyone really loves when we bring the  volleyball net; it's definitely a fan favorite). October 2021: More than Halfway through the Year!

Hey there! I hope you’re doing well! Things have been really busy over at Richland Focus. As I've been looking back to all that happened in the last month, I'm thinking "Gosh, that happened in October?!" But God has been really faithful to us, despite all the craziness. Here’s a monthly highlight-reel from my ministry - let me know what you think ! These wholesome pics are from Fall camp back in early October. we had about 25 students come out to stay overnight at Mt. Lebanon Camp in Cedar Hill, Texas. It was a super encouraging time for me because we had a lot of time set aside for the students to share how they have been experiencing God in their own lives. The camp went really well in that a lot of students said they really enjoyed the experience and that it was a very impactful time for them. I definitely left feeling reassured and encouraged that God has been very faithful to our ministry. This is our full worship band practicing before our fellowship night one w

Hey! Thank you so much for reading and for supporting me in ministry!  I have a lot of photos from this last month (because so much is going on), so this month's update is pretty much a photo dump! I hope you enjoy! (Pictured left to right: Sirak, Connor, Jacob, Me) This was taken at one of our campus staff meetings that we have every week. I love these guys! (Pictured left to right: Claire, Erika, Bryan, Simon, Me) This was taken at church on Sunday morning a few weeks back. Claire and I are at the staff level and Erika, Bryan, and Simon are student leaders at Richland. They're so fun and I'm super excited to get to know them more this year and have them in our ministry.  We had a field night recently so here are some chaotic pictures of us trying to play soccer. Richland Focus students just love each other and love hanging out together! I got this picture of them hanging out and having a good time before one of our weekly TNT meetings. So many vibes in one picture.. I c

Thank you!     Here's what we have going on!        This is our CORE as of the first week! I'm super excited to get to know all of these guys more. In our first core everyone got to share our life stories, at least in as much time as we had. I found out that all of us are from a different country, which is super exciting. Also, just in our first meeting everyone expressed their excitement about and need for friendships. I can't wait to get to know these guys throughout the year a

Summer Newsletter

Hey there!  Here's my summer newsletter! I wanted to give you a better insight into the campus I'll be serving this next year and how you can be praying for me and the students that will be walking through the doors come August 23rd, since that's been my focus lately anyway.  Also, for those of you who have recently joined my ministry support team (or if you are continuing on since last year) -  Thank you so much for investing in the lives of college students and partnering with me in ministry for the next year! You are such a blessing to me as I literally couldn't be on campus without you backing me. I'm very grateful for your investment and I pray that God would work powerfully through our ministry to introduce many students to Jesus and make disciples out of the students who have already met Him. (from left to right: Sandra, Connor, Claire, Sirak, me!)     This is our Richland team for the year (except Connor will mostly be helping plant a ministry at another c
